Futsal

Hope you are enjoying this year's "Godlen Week"!

One of the things I enjoy doing when I don't go to school is surely WORKING..

I worked as an English announcer for two futsal matches, called "The Futsal International Match for the AFC Futsal Championship 2008 "Japan" and "Ukraine"".

One was held in Kobe and another was held in Yoyogi.

Even though Japan lost in 0-3 in Kobe, they won the very last match before the Championship.

Yes!!

Japanese MC was carried out by "DJ Jumbo".

He is one of the fuge fans of futsal and it was a great fun for me to work with him. Thank you, Jumbo-san!

Watching futsal matches is very exciting! Keep your eyes on Japan Futsal National team that is going to play for the AFC Futsal Championship in Thailand starting 11th of this month.

True love never dies

I have something I would like to share with you today.

The other day, I received a mail from my friend, Lacey who lives in Australia.
This news is from her mail.

There's no sound, but look at the picture first and then watch the video.

These two guys reared this lion from a cub in England but the authorities would not allow them to keep it once it reached maturity, so they were forced to give it up. They took it back to Africa and placed it in a wildlife sanctuary, a year later they went to see it and were told it would not remember them, true love never dies.

Isn't it unbelievable? I was really stanned by what really happened.

Hello, again!

School had started last week and we have creating blog assignment again for our writing class.

It sounds exciting to me because I always had hard time keeping my self motivated to update my blog.. Thank you, M.J.!

Spring break had passed so quickly... I already miss having fun with my friends, including my family, and working on weekdays.

One of the things I remember having fun was going to Tokyo Disney Land with my niece Yuriko. It was a gorgeous sunny day of March when we went to TDL. Being packed like ines, we enjoyed riding rollar corsters, having Micky pizza, chatting together to kill time waiting in the looooong lines.

Hope to go back there when it is not too crowded.

Long time no see!

Thank you for requesting my new posts, friends. Yes, I have been tied up with many things. However, I have been very well, thank you!

Today, I was at the National Stadium in Tokyo for CWC (FIFA Club World Cup Japan 2007 presented by TOYOTA--what a long title it is!). At this time of the year, I feel that one year is olmost over... Time flys!

The gentleman having his thumb up is Japanese MC for the match. I enjoy working with him for CWC every year.

We had cute lunch today.

Anyways, keep your eyes on CWC this week and next week as our own Urawa Reds is playing!!

"Happy Gilmore"

Hi, G-class! We are almost done, hung in there!!

I watched the movie "Happy Gilmore" yesterday and I enjoyed watching it very much with 3 reasons.

First, the story was related Golf which I live for. It was very simple and easy to understand and pathetic. It is a typical American success story comedy. The movie is enjoyable for English learners except it swears too much..

Second, the main role, Happy Gilmore’s character is unique and lovable. He loses his mind so quickly but still looks innocent. The reason is his pureness that he cares about his grand mother very much and tries anything he can do to help her.

Third, this movie was the funniest golf comedies I ever saw. I laughed so hard that my dog Ai-chan got scared by my laughter and running around. I had a good time segregated from a lot of assignments and tests I had to accomplish.

For your tip, Adam Sandler was nominated for Worst Actor of Golden Raspberry Awards in 1996. I recommend watching this movie when you are tired and when you want to laugh for good.
